Three years ago, The Kevin Jenkins observed a huge demand for talented, strategic web experts. In October 1998, he founded Thinksource to meet that need. Since the first day of business, The Kevin has provided the vision and inspiration that has transformed the company from two guys working in a Chapel Hill storefront to a 12-person operation in an RTP business park. He started his career as a web developer and consultant for Glaxo Wellcome's interactive department. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in International Studies in 1997. He also writes for the Raleigh News and Observer's nationally syndicated technology Q&A column, Stump the Geeks. His first website, a site for a popular rock band, launched in 1993 and was referenced in popular magazines and internet books. When he's not thinking about ways to grow his clients' business on the web, The Kevin can be found on the basketball court or onstage with his comedy band, RBi. . . . . . |

Tina brings both computer expertise and business finesse to the Thinksource team. As Senior Project Manager, it's her job to work with the client at every step of the process. She also coordinates our resources internally to meet deadlines and ensure a launch-ready project. After graduating with a B.A. in English from North Carolina State University in 1994, Tina worked as a Lobbyist Assistant in Raleigh. In 1996, she joined Salomon Smith Barney as a Financial Technical Analyst. In addition to making asset allocation recommendations, she took on technical projects which came naturally to her. She left Salomon Smith Barney to become the Network Administrator at Softpro Corporation where she managed all of the company's computer resources. She joined Thinksource in July 2000. "I like that the company is young and VERY unique," she said. "It's made up of fun, energetic people who are as excited as I am about web development projects." Tina is a long time runner and is currently training for another marathon. She also owns one of the largest dogs we've ever seen, a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Gippy. . . . . . |

By far the shortest member of Thinksource's Application Development team, Jamison stumbled into the business by accident. After building a site designed to annoy people in 1995, Jamison was asked to create sites for several schools of his alma mater, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before long, he was working as a web trainer at Cisco Systems. He joined Thinksource in 1998, where he implements website designs for publication on the web. Jamison's pastimes include writing poems in the vernacular, finding Majora's Mask and stripping for dollars. . . . . . |

Jesse Menayan joined Thinksource as Creative Director in December 1999 to set the standard for creative work at Thinksource. However, his job description quickly grew to include interior designer, electrician, cameraman, furniture broker and philosopher. His approach to inspiring others to produce great work? Provide a creative environment and eliminate rules. If people can freely explore creative solutions, they will produce great work. A native of Newport Beach, CA, Jesse graduated from North Carolina State University in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design. He worked as a freelance designer on projects from website design to video and print production. Before joining Thinksource, he was a Multimedia Developer with TRG, inc. | Page Ballenger Designer / Duty Master |

In a company growing as fast as Thinksource, you're never the new person for long. But on August 20th, we were pleased to welcome Page Ballenger as the company's latest addition. He's a jack of all trades. A multi-tasker. A duty master. We're still testing him, but we do keep a running list of his mastered duties. So far, we know he can work the front desk like a champ, conduct web research, beat Clay Carpenter at basketball and coordinate our marketing efforts. He also knows HTML and has a great design sense. Page comes to us from Greensboro, NC. He attended college at UNC-Greensboro, gradutating in August 2000 with a B.S. in Interior Design. He most recently worked at JBDA, a design firm in Greensboro. As an assistant designer, he created graphics and exhibits for clients like Tanger, Paragon and Endura. Page claims not to have any other interests. But we've seen him out at the clubs, stage diving and pounding Pabst Blue Ribbon like a true American. A duty master's job doesn't end with the work day, after all. . . . . . |

When 18-year-old Clayton joined Thinksource in 1999, he brought with him, amazingly, three years of industry experience. While attending Southeast Raleigh High School, he also worked as Lead Hardware Technician at Computer Renaissance in Cary, NC. His duties include maintaining the Thinksource web server, servicing the network and managing things with a power switch. But he's not only talented with computers. Clay placed second in the 1998 North Carolina High School Tap Dancing Tournament. . . . . . |

Samurai Shirley became a Thinksource team member in October 2000. As resident code warrior, hes in charge of mastering new software application languages to hurl at the enemy. A native of the Occident, hes done hard time in Germany, Rhode Island and Cullowhee, NC. And he can zing a Mandarin thank you at an unsuspecting waitress faster than a Warcraft Ogre can say "zug-zug." Along with a contagious zeal for all things techie, Sam brings to work with him everyday a bottomless casserole dish of lasagna that would make Garfield quiver. Sam graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Western Carolina University in 1999. His hobbies include speaking foreign languages at inappropriate times, watching movies and finding new and exciting ways to fall asleep. At the moment, Sam lives in Creedmoor, NC with a saucy schoolmarm named Emily. Viel Spass beim rechnen! . . . . . |

Hi. I'm Thinksource's copywriter and all-around marketing guy. Basically, I'm like a judge: I make sentences. I come from Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX, a suburb of Dallas. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's school of Journalism and Mass Communication in 1998. I chose to be a mass communicator. What do you think about that? I have a 2" vertical leap. That kind of physical prowess landed me a day job at Long Haymes Carr Advertising in Winston-Salem, NC, where I helped promote banks and smoking. Then it was off to McKinney & Silver in Raleigh, where HMO's were all the rage. I joined Thinksource as full-time Marketing Guy in April 2000. It's honestly the coolest company I've ever seen. Now I'm down in Atlanta, working over what I like to call "The Inter-Net" while I attend a portfolio school called Creative Circus. My vocabulary is getting way bigger and I'm way way more smarter than ever before. When I'm not writing this bio, I'm following the Dallas Mavericks, and I swear, they've got it all in place this year. Have you ever seen Shawn Bradley take it to the hole? Then you know what I'm talking about. . . . . . |
