Over the years, we've developed a process that encourages the insight, flexibility and continuous feedback we need to create great web solutions. This section explains how it all works.
Next >> Planning
First, we meet with you to learn about your business and determine how a web solution could help your bottom line. It's not a matter of collecting a logo and some color specifications - we want to understand your competitive situation and specific business goals.
Next, we'll present a proposal to complete a Statement of Work, including the following detailed sections:
- Goals and audience
- Project scope and outline
- Requirements
- Technology plan
- Teams
- Deliverables
- Project milestones delivery schedule
- Estimate and payment schedule
We'll review it with you and make any necessary adjustments.
What to expect: Statement of Work and/or Requirements Package
Next >> Design
Once we've all agreed on the direction of the project, our teams get to work. Designers create an electronic sketch of how your information will look. Meanwhile, software engineers develop prototype applications to show how everything will work.
We'll give you your own secure extranet so you can view this first draft over the web. You'll have time to look over it and get input from team members in any office with internet access.
At this point, we test out the design and performance of the prototype with members of your target audience. We want to make sure they can easily navigate through the site and feel in complete control of their experience. The information we gather will help us avoid potential problems in the final product and incorporate suggestions from the people you want to interact with.
Then we create a Final Prototype. Once approved, we begin the next phase: Implementation. Since we'll have had time to learn more about your company and you'll have provided valuable input, the Statement of Work is often updated to reflect the approved project.
What to expect: Design Prototypes, Final Prototype, and/or Proof of Concept
Next >> Implementation
By implementation, we all know exactly how the project will look and how it will work. Our teams begin to create the actual design and code. You can monitor the progress over your secure extranet - we post Alpha Builds of the project daily.
Once the project is complete, you sign off and we create a Beta Build for use in one of the most crucial stages - testing.
What to expect: Beta Build of Project
Next >> Testing
If you're going to have a successful launch, it's important to make absolutely certain all the kinks are worked out. And what potential for kinks - there are more than 165 versions of 33 different browsers accessed at 23 possible connection speeds. Your project has to look and function right no matter what.
That's why we test every element of the Beta Build. We do component testing to ensure every link, graphic, sound, video and document works on every necessary browser and computer platform. We load test to make sure that if everyone accesses your information at once, there's not a problem. Information testing checks for current and consistent graphics and copy.
We document everything, make any necessary adjustments and deliver the final product.
What to expect: Launch-ready website

The electrons have united, and the project goes live!
We provide training so anyone you authorize can add fresh content and data, guaranteeing a current and effective product.
But we won't abandon you - we're always here to offer maintenance and support.
What to expect: Published product, CD archive of all files.
Next >> Support
Based on the hosting and maintenance agreements made before the implementation phase, we keep your e-business solution up and running. We can also help with content changes and design tweaks. And if the need arises, we're always available for consultation and planning new projects.
